Bad attitude. Terrible customer service.
I am ridiculously pissed at what just happened, i know the bank closes at 5 but i was having a problem with the incredibly annoying app, telling me there had been fraud and i can no longer log in because I'm needing to set a different password, i called the bank right before closing time, the girl answered and didn't even listen to what i said, just cut me off told me i was being transferred to someone else, i sat on hold for a while, and when i hung up and call again all i got was the answering machine, that was completely uncalled for and completely on purpose, i work in an office where we also cut off the lines and i have never in my life "transferred" anybody just so i could just hang up and go home.
