Excellent service however the quality of food here has declined with time. The steaks are often overdone and the flavor of many of the other items is lacking. I remember coming to this location years ago and had no issues. When someone in my party sent her steak back (twice) because it was overdone, the waitress advised that the cook was receiving a lot of complaints. So I don't know if it was an off day or what but we have no interest in returning when we can get so much better quality for the same price elsewhere.
Props to the grill cook on my steak he cooked it to ultimate perfection and full flavor through out with perfect seasoning. It was incredible the last bite was just as tasty as the first.
We had a great experience at this Outback! The service was incredible. Our server was very attentive and had what we needed before we even asked. My steak was cooked to perfection and was delicious. No complaints.
Just had the most amazing steak ! Chelsea my waitress was fantastic and made sure that I had everything I needed. Definitely gonna ask to sit in her section next time!
I only came here this time to pay for and pick up my carrot cake slice. I walked in and waited for a while. All the while the bag is just sitting right there by the door. Could I have justified and walked off without paying for it and say, "It'll teach them a lesson?" Sure! But I am not that person. So I call them while inside and told them I was right inside and waiting. Finally the clerk came, no apologies whatsoever. Then to add insult to injury they didnt put any plasticware in my bag. I had to have the presence of mind to ask because hmmm I would have been surprised if any was in there the way the service was going. Definitely not returning to that location at all again.
My Longview Outback experience was super! The wait staff were very friendly and courteous and quick to serve. Our waitress, in particular was very responsive. The restaurant is very clean and attractive. Finally, the food was very good! Thanks for a great experience!
