Terrible costumer services in Longview tx. Bus Station the old lady she is so ugly & bad actitud. We can't ask for Help & nothing ..she is so rude...it's better but tickets for online. Do you Job ma'am.. & smile .
Drivers are friendly, facilities are pretty clean and it's a very economic way to travel safely and quickly. Made a two day trip and had zero problems. You have to pay attention to announcements.

Closes at 2pm on weekends but need to be there at 7pm for the only bus leaving at 8pm
