Lots of selection but a little unorganized. Great place to find some good deals though!
Poor customer service skills and training of management/leadership positions. The lady who was supposed to help me; Charlonda has zero skills when it comes to diffusing upset customers or dealing with distressed customers. This is the first time I’ve ever had a glare and eye roll delivered in a response.
They offer a good selection of different items, but I found the place to be a bit disorganized. I went in and out without buying anything. I didn’t find the workers friendly; no one said hello. There’s ample parking though.
Management (Charlonda) is extremely rude and does not care about customers who frequent the store. The older security woman acts as if management can not speak for themselves and kept speaking up instead of letting the manager answer. They should be more accommodating under certain circumstances instead of losing customers.
