It took them 3 days to get a response back from them. They hounded me for two whole weeks about borrowing money and then when I finally decide to on the third week. They say we can't get it. I told them what I thought and they ended up gettting us the money after 3 long days of calling up there over and over. They will not call you back when they say they will, you have to call them back everytime. Oh and I found out why they were hounding me, it was because they didn't post my payment into the computer and they wanted me to pay my payment or borrow more money (refinance). I told them that I paid my payment and told them that it has already cleared my bank. They finally found it and posted it 1 week and 4 days later after cashing the check. I won't use them again.
The manager has let her little position go to her head! I'll be so happy when my loan is paid off, so I never have to go back in there. Stay away!
This is a great company. The manager is always very helpful. The atmosphere is a great place to do business in.
