Yesterday I found you on the net. I live in NC and my mom is in the hospital in Longview. I needed a bunch of Daisey's sent to her. I called and spoke with Patrick. I chose a bouquet and gave Patrick my card information for payment. It didn't go through so I asked him to run it again. I was embarrassed but Patrick was so kind and understanding. I knew something was wrong so I told him I would call my bank and I'd call back.

Fast forward to today. I got in touch with my bank. Come to find out one of those online florists that I used LAST year somehow intercepted my order and tried to charge my account $200.00 so my bank questioned it and didn't let it go through. Thank goodness for that. But they also wouldn't let the $ go through to Longview Flower Shop. I had to cancel my card.
Thank you Longview Flower Shop and thank you Patrick. What a pleasure you were. In such a automated world we live in customer service is definitely not customer service. Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and a happy customers.

I absolutely love they friendly service and the beautiful arrangements that they come up with for me! I call and send flowers to my fiance who is a teacher all the time! And every bouquet is amazingly done! She always loves each one that I send! Thank you for the work you guys do!
Long story, happy ending. My mother got her flowers today and loves them.

I have lived in this area 4 1/2 years, received floral arrangements from here several times from my children who live in other states! My arrangements have always been absolutely beautiful, and at age of 77 , I have received many over the years. My first ever review, but so necessary!
Well I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the bank. (I just can't stand those automated systems. You don't get that with Longview Flower Shop. You get a lovely, helpful person. How refreshing that was.) I got no satisfaction from the bank. I told Patrick I'd get back with him tomorrow. He again was so kind and understanding.
I called Patrick, he was on the road making a delivery . He didn't say " call me back" he said "give me a sec so I can get off the road". I told him what had happened. He kindly advised me I should never use those online outfits. Believe me I wish I never had. Still he was so kind and understanding. He took down my new info.
