I went in for vaccination Titers and was not given complete information regarding costs and what I would have to pay. They took my insurance information and never had a conversation about how much the tests cost if the insurance didn't pay. Then, they did the test incorrectly (their words, not mine). In today's world, it is their responsibility to inform Consumers up front what they could be responsible for.

Arrived around 9am on Friday morning. The facility was immaculate, with several separate waiting areas. I sat in an empty one in case I was contagious. Was offered a coffee or cappuccino by a friendly attendant. Called to exam room within 15-20 minutes (as a walk-in this was so much quicker than making an appointment and then waiting in the doctors office). Described symptoms, history and medication review, took temp and blood pressure, tested for flu and strep throat. Loved the doctor, she was thorough and aggressive with treatment to get me feeling better ASAP, got 2 shots and an Rx. You know you've got experienced staff when the shots they give you don't even hurt! Checked out, Rx was sent electronically so when I arrived at Louis Morgan Drug they were already working on it. But the VERY BEST part of the experience...I had strep throat yesterday, and in 24 hours I'm feeling 200% better. Thank you!
I visited HealthCARE Express on the afternoon of September 13th. I only had a short wait, was treated with a great deal of professionalism and kindness, and the attending physician was quite knowledgeable and thorough. The office is very clean. I am impressed with my experience today.

I can only speak of my visit, but I will say that this facility is perhaps the most accommodating, friendly and best trained group of caregivers that I've ever met in the healthcare industry. If you are the type of person (like myself) who works constantly, can not afford to stay away from the job site for an extended period of time and need a solution to your ailments in a timely manner then please consider HealthCare Express the next time you suffer an impediment to your daily life. They won't disappoint!
I threw out my back on a Tuesday and by Thursday the pain was so intense that I couldn't even put on my shoes without experiencing jolts of agony. I did manage to make it to work and our HR person recommended HealthCare Express on the off chance that my regular physician couldn't schedule me in that day. Needless to say that I opted for HealthCare Express and arrived shortly after they opened. Within 30 minutes I was placed in an examination room and not long after that the physician's assistant arrived to access my injury. In total I believe that I was there maybe an hour and throughout the entire time the staff at HealthCare Express made it a point to acknowledge my need to return to work as quickly as possible.
