Will not go back. The food was served soggy and barely warm. The wait was long and the server was not interested in our satisfaction.
We went here on Father's day and it was close to closing time! They were fantastic. The Service and the Food was wonderful. The manager came and spoke to us and check on our meal. Our waiter was awesome and helpful with his suggestions! We are moving closer to Longview and plan on dining here again!!
This was on 11/11/17 at 7:55PM. I had a walk In ToGo order. I ordered Fajita Chicken Quesadilla. I got Beef instead. The order has Bean Enchiladas(beef substituted for Black beans) and the sauce was supposed to be Queso and I had Ranchero sauce instead.
I was waiting at the Bar for my order having a Drink which I paid separately(Time on Receipt - 8:14pm). The bartender did Not even offer Chips & Salsa with the drink(2 Crown Royal Whiskey). When I was about to leave when my ToGo food came, i told the bartender why was I not served any Chips and salsa and this guy says he did not know that I wanted Chips and Salsa. I say what.....???????? I put ZERO dollars in tip. So many things gone wrong and this was very frustrating. I shall try my best NOT TO GO to this On the Border again.
Both times we went there the service was not good.
Chelsie was our server and she was great. The food was very good. We will be back. The worst thing we had was wonderful.
Great atmosphere, food was delicious, huge portions. My pork in the carnitas enchilada was a little dry and stringy. Sammie is the BEST server ever! Sweet girl, beautiful smile, rocked her job!
