The grounds have been cleaned and is a nice place to visit.
I've been here a couple of times. My husband will usually fish while I walk around the pond with my kids. However last week I went by myself with my kids and a man was following us around the pond. It was very scary. I had to ask another family for help. It looked like had been beat up and he appeared to be either drunk or on drugs. It was very scary for me and my kids. I noticed a lot of crazy people coming over the broken fence from the apartments behind the pond. The park is very nice, but some of those people coming over the fence look very sorry scary.

Teague Park in Longview is a beautiful, clean park with an attractive water feature with fountains and ducks. Also, there is a playground for children, and a trail. Another interesting feature is the little memorial area dedicated to veterans.
Love the new Veteran's plaza. City has done Good job of cleaning park up.
