I have been using Spring Hill Storage for 7 years. What first got my attention was the price which is very reasonable and the location to where I live. It is clean, you have plenty of room to get to your storage unit even if someone is in the same area you are. Management is on site if you have a question (like for getting your code). I would definitely recommend Spring Hill Storage to anyone who is looking for a nice storage facility. Short term or long.
We store our RV and have had multiple units with Spring Hill storage. The security gate allows us to feel safe even if we are going to the unit after the sun sets. Prices are very reasonable, love the auto draft system for payments and the owners are so kind. You can even rent a travel trailer from them. Such a great way of experiencing camping but not having to invest in the camping rig.
Super friendly. Great service. We asked to park our vehicle in a different spot up close and they were so nice and let us pick a different spot. There place is always nice and clean. I would recommend any one to them!!! We also have a storage unit we have used for years. It has been a wonderful experience working with them. We wouldn't go any where else!!
My husband picked it up and did the walk through. Once he got it home and I stepped on it, I instantly asked, "what's that smell?!"

I've had 2 personal storage rooms here for a long time. Everything has stayed dry! Even when we were getting very heavy rains nothing got wet! The office folks are very nice and helpful also. It's easy to find on Gilmer 300 and easy to drive in with ample room for unloading/loading. P
We had all the doors open and let it air out and went on our way. We didn't use ANY water until that night after the horse show (dark out at this point) we put the boys in the shower and 2 minutes in...the shower wasn't draining and my boys were standing in dirty water. (Also the kitchen sink had water coming up into it)
Turns out, nobody emptied the gray water between customers! Luckily someone else with RV experience came over and helped us out. It smelled disgusting and totally grossed me out that my little boys were standing in someone else's filth! We took pictures and video and asked the gentlemen to figure out some sort of compensation for this. He hasn't gotten back to us yet...
