Never seen anything this dirty in my entire life. Cockroach infestation and animals feces and urine throughout the entire unit. Need to have a much more thorough screening process and inspection protocol. Six family members in a apartment that should not have more than four. Too many animals that never went outside and were at a level of neglect
great place to live. pleasant staff, maintenance manager steve and property manager scharlette. very professional and always goes above and beyond for residents. very well kept apartments and great area to live. definitely worth looking into.

This is a very homey place to reside. The management is amazing. They respond to emails in a timely manner. The manager is very understanding and caring. The maintenance team is great. They respond to maintenance issues quickly and work over into the night at times. The manager and the maintenance team are very dedicated in making you feel welcomed, wanted and safe. I felt right at home in my apartment with my husband. The neighborhood is very quiet, despite the number of children in the area. The children are very sweet and respectful. This is a very interactive apartment complex. Though, my husband and I have not made it to any events due to our work schedules, we have been invited to quite a few apartment events. The neighbors are very nice. For the time we have been living here, there has been no crime or violence. When we lost our dog, some of the children who were outside helped us find her. They fell in love with her and would always ask to take her on walks. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment and their team.
