You have to run the water for at least five minutes before it is even remotely safe to use. That is wasteful, and harmful! There has to be something that will make them realize this is a health hazard and should be dealt with accordingly.
If I could leave half a star I would. Regency Park Apartments is the worst apartment complex in the Longview area. They have the worst management you can't even have company over a night without having their car towed. There's never enough visitors Space is open. They could just add a few more signs.
I'm three months into a six months least those or just my main concerns with this complex worst place by far I've ever lived!!!!!
I'm always out of town so instead of taking up every single locker parcel at the mail box I sent my packages to the leasing office for me to pick up. I guess they got sick of looking at them so they took it upon themselves to give out my PERSONAL address to the next incoming deliveries without my consent causing my packages to be left on the porch where they were stolen. Next maintaince almost walked in on me naked and sleeping in my living room because they REFUSE to tell their tenants AT least a week in advance someone will be entering your home. They claim to have posted a news letter one month and THREE weeks prior to them coming when I told them I would've probably attacked the man if the deadbolt wasn't locked because I would've assumed he was an intruder. she didn't even flinch or care for her employee or tenants safety. Not to mention when he couldn't get in after banging on my door and turning the lock back and forth he didn't even lock my door back when he left!!! When I spoke to Shannon she made it perfectly that it was ABSURD for a concerned tenant to ask for a week or 24 hours in advance when someone comes into my home. She said if she had to do it for me she'd have to do it for everyone else. Termex comes every threee months.. I'm sooooo curious to figure out why a leasing office that cares for the people so much can't find the time in NINETY days to notify someone who is clearly asking , for at LEAST a weeks heads up when someone will be invading their privacy.
The water is hot. always.. Even when it's on cold.. It's hot.
Whatever you do! Do not move here! You will hate your life.
and not just hot, but scalding. reported it twice and never did anything. if I had diabetic neuropathy I would probably get burns all over me, cause the water is unsafe.
Not what it used to be, but still pretty decent for what you pay.
Thay could do better and be better ....not very helpful...not worth the amount money you spend to live there you could stay anywhere else wish I did too many fees for everything
