Unorganized on shelves (shoes). Unknowledgeable sales personnel.
Called them and asked if they had a plug for a yeti cooler. They contacted someone in the store that checked and said yes we have them. Arrived ten minutes later at store and they then informed me they were out.
I purchased an expensive item from Dick's in Longview, Texas and got a great deal on it ( I think ). The item was not in stock and the manager told me it would be received at the store on next Wednesdays ( todays ) truck delivery. Needless to say, it didn't come in today. Apparently, the manager at Dick's in Longview will lie to you in order to make a sale. I despise liars.
Very unorganized shoe section. The sales person asked if I needed help but was annoyed and rude when I wanted help actually finding shoes on the shelf. All he seemed to want to do was scan a bar code. Went across the street to Academy where I got great service and help finding exactly what I needed. I will never go to Dick's again.
