This man and his wife are some of the most DESPICABLE people I have ever met! I've dealt with these people and the manner in which they run their business is abhoring. They treat employees very poorly by yelling and providing negative criticizism instead of constructively critiquing as should be the method if you don't want a high turnover. These people may be "leaders" in the community (in church) but they are not in their own business. While I can understand being stressed about being in charge of your own wellfare, no one should treat employees the way they do.
