Nearly 6 weeks after I first submitted my taxes... the day I start my vacation, its still not done and I'm infuriated. I show up at their office on Gilmer road to speak to someone and they finally tell me it'll be done today.
Brought in my tax info around the beginning of February and was told ur should take 3-4 weeks depending on the info I gave them.
4 1/2 weeks later I start calling every other day to see why its not completed. Gave me the same excuse i.e. high flow of customers, businesses need to be done by mid March, I don't know why its not done... we'll get right on it, etc...
I'm guessing they didn't even bother to look at my taxes til that day because I get calls from them askng me about information that was in my tax info I gave them in February. It's finally done and I should get my refund in 2 weeks.
Bottom line, very unprofessional. Will not go through them again.

Nobody in the building seems to know what they are doing. When i asked to see Carmela, i was told i could make an appointment, but the earliest date was 7 months from now. This place is a joke.
