Super friendly staff, clean office, great dental work! The dentist's Nina and Dr. Ward are so comforting and really down to earth. They even called me,the evening after I had a tooth extracted, to check on me. The dental assistants where so friendly and calming before a nervous procedure .. I will be a Fresh patient from now on!
I would give lower but can’t. Last time I was here like 2014 they were filling a tooth. I went home and after the numbing went away I noticed there was a hole in my other tooth. I called and they said the pre drilled a hole because I needed it filled as well, but they didn’t fill it or say anything while I was there???? Who does that???? I finally called back to get it fixed. They called this morning and asked to move my app from 11:30 to 11. Great I said. I Get there a few mins early, sign in and wait. 11:18 I go up and ask them what was the point of moving my app up? Oh here fill this paper out they said and we will get you back right away. So finally 11:40 they take me back for X-rays. (She was very nice). Then to the dentist chair. Still waiting at 12:22 to see a dentist. No one ever check in on me or said anything. Finally after wasting 1 1/2 hour of my day I go to leave and they want to reschedule my app. Really????? You have waisted this much of my time you think I’m going to come back. I mean come on. Maybe it was a sign not let them touch me agin:)
Can’t believe there are dentist offices that don’t have wi-fi. (Or maybe they do, but no one knows the password)
Possibly the worst dentist office in town, it's feels like a circus with the animals running the show. the manager is with out a doubt the most uncouth woman I've ever met. It seems she has no idea what is going on at anytime what so ever!!! They tried to charge for work that wasn't done!!! The dentist was nice enough but seemed to be overzealous about his skills. The rest of the staff seemed friendly but by the time I left I had a real bad taste in my mouth. From the poor customer service to the long wait time and average dental work, I would take my business elsewhere and at least be serviced by someone who will treat you like a human being with a brain, knows what is going on and charges for the correct work.
Had my appointment set up for 3 weeks. I called once to schedule a closer time. Also called the day before to confirm my appointment! When I got up there they told me they didn't accept my Medicaid or treat women over the age of 21 on my Medicaid & didn't forget to mention I was 20 minutes late. I was obviously aware. I drove 40 minutes & found a baby sitter for this appointment all to be told they couldn't see me? Their excuse as to why they never told me was because they couldn't get a hold of me? Yet I had called just the day before & they could've told me. Beyond aggravated & pissed.
