I was a patient of Dr. Redfox for quite a few years in Dallas and it disappointed me greatly when I learned he was moving to Longview. Recently I learned that I had friends that moved to Longview. This gave me the opportunity to visit with them and at the same time make an appointment with Dr. Redfox. When I contacted him to see if he saw patients on Saturday mornings I found out that not only he did not but was also closed on Friday's. To my surprise he offered to see me on a Friday if I could not make it on a Monday. I have had my share of dental work performed over the years and am very uncomfortable and anxious when I have to go to a dentist but Dr. Redfox is so caring and understanding that I do not get stressed (well, not as stressed) when having a dental appointment. He is professional and even more importantly is so reasonable compared to the dentists in Dallas and I think most areas. He always explains in terms that I understand what or why certain things have to be done. I would recommend him to anyone needing a dentist.
Had very bad teeth, lots of pain constantly. They got me in quick and got the problem solved very fast. 3 horrible teeth gone jn less than 30 min. The dentist and assistant made me feel very comfortable where I'm usually not.
Dr Red Fox and his staff are extremely pleasant. I have enjoyed going to see Dr Red Fox in the last 5 years. He is caring and tells the patient exactly what needs to be done. He has reasonable prices and does not force patients into treatments they do not need.

Dr.Redfox was great and I will miss him. However, the new staff and Dentist are terrible! Stay Away! They will turn you over to collections for work they didn't do and then be rude when you call to try and figure out why!
His staff is very professional and if you call for an appointment they will get you in as soon as possible.
I told him I wanted a cavity filled. He said he wanted to do more than one. I said no. After I was given the nitrous oxide, he tried to persuade me to do both. I didn't feel that was professional or even ethical to ask a patient under anaesthetic to change the procedure. I had to change dentists, after I had been going to the same hygienist since I was in second grade. I still miss her. But not badly enough to go back.
