I have been too many Kroger's all around the world due to my husband military life.. I love Krogers but this Kroger's is absolutely horrible.. It is not the store itself that is horrible It is the employees at this Kroger's.. maybe it's good for people of Not of African descent but the employees watched me and some children I had with me while we walk the store and when we walked out they asked to see the receipt ..we gave them no reason that we were stealing and the only thing I can think of is that we were the only black people there and the two white ladies who watch this was scared of us and thought we were thieves It's 2017 and I never dealt with anything of this nature I thought it was all behind us but the self-checkout lady Connie and the manger Kathy showed us that things have not really change I was so disgusted and the children were really upset.. they ended up apologizing to us but that's not good enough.. I will never go back to this Kroger's again I pray for these people and I hope that God change their hearts..
Extremely terrible decision on the part of management.
I have changed my review to one star for the following reason. They have recently dedicated to many other parking spots for pick up. It is no longer adequate parking especially for disabled or elderly people. Kroger has made a terrible decision which will now affect the disabled in the elderly. Prepared to walk a long distance and parking to be extremely crowded or unavailable completely. Dedicating so many parking spots to pick up which are not being used at all was an idiotic and stupid decision whoever made this decision will be costing Kroger many valuable customers who were at one time loyal and repeat shoppers. They will now be going to a more convenient location where they are not discriminate against!
Very good place. They are always stocked up with what I need. Always clean and associates are very helpful.
I usually shop at Kroger at least once weekly - It's where ALL my groceries, cleaning products, laundry supplies, etc. is bought. Obviously, I'm pleased. A little disappointed that a few of my favorite items have been dropped from your inventory but not enough to change stores. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Also, buy my gas here.
Nice store. Get Dunkin Donuts coffee creamer (the best) there. Not many places carry it.
