Good store. Too much to pick from. Very nice young lady in lighting department. They don't seem to care when one of their products fall off and cut people.
I have been shopping at this Lowe's for over 20 years. But after my last dealings with them the last 2 months I will never walk through the door again. I've been lied to screwed around stuff that supposed to be warrantied is not being warranty. I had a mower that was under warranty I brought it back in for work this is two months later and I still can't get a straight answer what's going on with my mower. Having to pay big money weekly to have the yard mowed I could have bought a whole nother lawn mower by now and all there was wrong with it when I took it in was one switch was bad. They've gave me a runaround I've had to call at least 50 times now before different numbers for different places no one ever has a clue what's going on with anything it's the most unorganized stuff I've ever seen in my life. I will never go into this Lowe's again or probably any loads for that matter because of my experience that I would now have with them. I'm not Home Depot fan but I will be going to Home Depot from now on. It's pretty sad because I think in the last 3 years in Home Improvements and everything I probably spent over $50,000 at this Lowe's
I wouldn't even give them one star if that was possible. My husband and I had a medium shoping list. We asked 4 different employees about various items and locations. Two flat out said I have no idea. The one guy in the shelving department thought he was helping, when I went and found the styff mu self, 3 aisles over, he just looked at me like "silly wonan", shook his head, gave my husband a "poor buddy " look and walked off. The only employee who knew her job was a smartaleck from word go. If I knew she worked there I wouldn't have askedvthat question. I couldn't see her Lowe's vest from behind. Then she talked down too me the rest of the time she helped me and then as I asked about pots and such, she pointed the way and said help yourself. Left me standing there and took off. I will NEVER spend one red cent at Lowes again. That's a long time for a 44 yrold homeowner .
Going to have to do a little bit better. Cashiers have no idea what they are doing or trying to look up and sell on the lumber side.
Worst delivery service ever. I bought a refrigerator Monday. They told me they would have it delivered Wednesday at 5, I called in around 7:30 because it still hasn't came and they said they would be there later that night, they never came. Then Friday, they said they would come in Friday afternoon but once again they never came. But they did call saying if nine a.m Saturday was okay and I said yes. Its 12:30 now and they still aren't here and they haven't even bothered to call. I've called and complained but they don't even care. They need to get their delivery service fixed asap.
