On this Tuesday, around 3:00pm, parking was easy in & out, store not crowded, self checkout fast, nice attendant. At first blush seems well stocked and organized
after witnessing what I have from this store, only older employees know what they are talking about. Anyone under the age of 30 and don't even bother talking to them, they are just there for a paycheck.
First of all I appreciate that Home Depot honors and rewards their employee by giving them personal perking spaces. It is a nuisance that in every row several parking spots are for Home Depot employees. It is the customer who should have privilege to be able to find convenient parking. Ok, handicap parking is required by law. So first handicap parking then Home Depot special employee parking then it is open parking. In the store is another story. It is so difficult to find help. There is no need to pay a greeter but I rather have someone help me find stuff. And then self checkout. Come on Home Depot, provide customer service by having more employees.
I am shopping for paint as part of my bathroom remodel. I am using 2 of their locations to purchase items due to my work schedule. Neither location is willing to offer any advice. There commercials suggest you can ask their pros and they will be happy to help. This is not my experience. I used to love Home Depot. A machine could mix paint colors. I need educated advice.
The employees I have dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly unlike another similar place. Go above the call to see you have what you need!
