All I can say is never use them.....this office is in such disarray it's unbelievable. Used them for a long time but finally got fed up and transferred to State Farm in Kigore. When I called to get our policy transferred Mr Lipsey said I'll do that Rt now and just hung up on me. So yes I will be reporting him to main office..
