They had to soak parts of the garment and parts they had to keep out of the soak to keep from being damaged. Trent also called to tell me the pants did not come out perfect, but they made great improvements and the pants were ready for me to pick up.
The owner is a arrogant SOB . DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. he will ruin your clothes and overcharge you every time
I had messed up some expensive BMW motorcycle touring pants with stains so I took them in to see if McLendons could help me fix my mess. Trent called me a couple times to explain what he wanted to try to do and get them clean. I had already washed them and probably set the stain. In addition they cannot be dry cleaned because they have leather inserts and plastic adjusters on the waist.
