If I could give negative stars I would! I am very pissed, this is the 2nd time I had a large EXPENSIVE order to the wrong duplex. The bad part is I was actually standing outside when I received a notification that my package was delivered. How!? OH BC IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG DUPLEX! What if they we not honest ppl,and didn't bring it to me? I would have missed out on my office work desk and Sephora order! How the hell can you not diffrienciate the letter 'E' from an 'I'? Hmm? From now on if anything has to come from y'all I will personally just go pick it up myself. To make it even safer, ship to the store. UPS probably would lose or can't find my order.

So.. had a very important package. Customer Service said they must have just chose not to deliver it.. and since it's ground, they won't deliver til Monday or even be open... thanks for ruining my sons birthday weekend..
Ms. Sharon has great customer service,she went out her way to help me as much as possible. Very rare in customer service to day.
