Recently bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Was told I would receive my title in the mail within a couple of weeks so that I can get my car legal. It has been almost two months. I call and ask where the title is and I get told that they mailed it but will check on it and call me back. I have yet gotten a call back. My temporary tags run out in a week and I can't seem to get any answers from them on what is going on. Don't really know what to do from here but, I am very disappointed in the level of service provided!
************BUYERS BEWARE**************** Bought a vehicle from them. Not only was it a lemon but they have not submitted the taxes or licensing or titling of vehicle to transfer to my name even though I paid cash. It's been over 3 months! They don't answer the phone and will avoid you. They are only at location half the time. After filing complaints with dealer enforcement and putting thousands of dollars into repairing the vehicle I can't even legally drive it! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

After doing a little bit of research i came to find out they have done this same thing for numerous customers. I am currently bin the process of filing a complaint with dealer enforcement and do not intend on doing business with these people again.
Do not buy any vehicles from this dealer. I bought a jeep in July and mysteriously they shut down and refuse to stay in contact with me about my tags and title. I paid TT&L and now I am working with an investigator named Darrell Adams to see about my title. Apparently, they get to keep the money for TT&L I paid and will have to pay it again so I can be legal to drive the vehicle I PAID FOR! Please let all your friends and family know so they do not get scammed by these people. There are others that have been scammed also and was told by the investigator that there are about 8 others that are involved in this investigation. DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS DEALER I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE GETTING SCREWED OUT OF THE MONEY THEY WORK HARD FOR!
