I cannot say enough for the customer service he has shown my family.
I walked into the store with employees huddled in a corner watching funny videos on a device and not a single one greeted me as I walked in. Highly do not recommend this store. Y'all some butt honestly.
Brittany was a great help in answering it questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. We will definitely go back and see her for our new phone purchases.
Nice store lots of employees. I had to come twice because they would not give me a free Sim Card unless my name was on the account. The second time I came they gave it to me but the lady was not able to activate it so I had to do that when I got back. So overall the service seems to be about selling things.
Walter has been at this location for over 10 years and provides incredible service.
I get way better service with the 800 number. Will never return to the store.
