I was driving through town in my RV when I started to have house battery problems. I called up the friendly folks at interstate and they were able to help me identify a good replacement product. When I arrived a the store, I realized I had overlooked a second battery that needed to be pulled. When I told the employee (Edward) that I'd be a few more minutes out in the parking lot getting that second battery removed, he insisted on coming out to help me. 100 degree day and texas humidity, he could have easliy waited inside the air-conditioned office, but he was friendly and so helpful. We had that battery out in 5 minutes, and then when I was done purchaseing my replacements, he insisted again on coming out and helping me install the new batteries. This is the kind of service that earns a customer for life!
