I joined 259, 2 years ago come December. By far one of the best decisions I have made. I train along side a wonderful community of athletes (moms, dads, kids, friends, police officers, military, etc.). I was worried about change from the typical Globo Gym world to this one but everyone is friendly and loving and we will always welcome you with open arms. I love this Crossfit box and wouldn't change one thing about it. Well scratch that I'd ban thrusters

This gym creates a place with a wonderfully supportive community of people who have similar goals to be fit and healthy! The positive, welcoming, and competitive atmosphere is something that is easily picked up on the moment you walk in and are greeted by members, coaches, and staff. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for both a physical challenge and to lean how to push through mental obstacles with a great group of fellow athletes.
