I stopped in at 12:20 pm Saturday January 24th to sign up for Caveman. I waited around the lobby for 5 minutes and nobody came. I then used my cell phone to call but nobody answered. I then walked through the gym looking for a staff member but found none. In all, I was there about 12 minutes waiting to be served.
The place looked really interesting, but I detest this type of customer service.
