Everytime I try to call or come by they don't answer or they are closed early makes it impossible to look.
In March I was looking for a wedding band, I was told how great Lollars was so I went and ordered a ring I was told it would take 7-10 days to come in. Never got a set price at but was given an idea...
Well after calling them Multiple times a week about the ring it came in over 3 weeks later then they said it would! I understand stuff happens and just let it go well I was still waiting for the necklaces which they never gave me a price for till today over 2 months later!! Like the ring I called every week about the necklaces even went up there and no one could tell me anything didn't even know where they were! I went to see the necklaces today for the 1st time and found the engraving I asked for was spelt wrong! I got excuse after excuse well I ended up waiting around town for them to fix their mistake I was told it would be done in 30-45 min so I called after waiting 50 minutes and I was out on hold... while on hold I drive to their store and went in and showed them I was on hold with them for over 20 minutes!! I only gave one star cause I had to in order to write a review and I finally got the necklaces!
but they are very unorganized, unprofessional, don't know how to communicate, don't do things in a timely manner, and rude and I let them know I will never be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone! I try and support local businesses but they are ridiculous!

She made sure that every detail was perfect! I am always greeted so nicely by everyone in the store when I come in! We will make all of our future jewelry purchases from Lollar's! well I waited over 10 days and hadn't heard from them so I called to see when the ring would be in and was told a few more days... ok so I decided to go ahead and order 2 necklaces for my bridesmaids gifts and I was told it would take 7-10 days again!
