Horrible experience. Sent my ring off to be fixed came back to pick up and was in horrible shape. Ring was completely bent I don't even know how it passed inspection. Was welded back on after the top of my ring came off!!! Do not do business with them! Completely rude and horrible customer service!!
Cheri was very attentive to my wishes on a new wedding ring. Wonderful customer service and her manager Andre went out of his way to help with my sale! Would recommend her for a great experience with jewelry!!
Samuels Jewelers in the Longview Mall LOST my wedding ring. I took it in to the store and dealt with the store manager Andre, and somehow it was LOST. They never called to tell me, instead they were trying to order a new one and me never know. Not until I contacted corporate did they tell me it was lost!!! Now it being a month of no wedding ring they told me they could just order me a new one and nothing more. UMMM YOU LOST MY WEDDING RING I DONT EVEN GET ANYTHING!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANY OF YOUR JEWELRY NEEDS
