As always Dudley's was awesome. The food, atmosphere and service was excellent.
Once we were seated under a vent and became uncomfortably chilled. We asked the server to be seated at the next table and he said "sure". We were re-seated and Dudley paid us a visit to explain the mechanics of the vent system. Really?
The food tasted fantastic and was prompt. The waiter was very courteous and knowledgeable about the food and restaurant history. They can make you want to eat there every day.

Dudley's has GREAT food! But Dudley is a micro-manager. My wife and I visited Dudley's regularly. The blackened shrimp Alfredo was our favorite.
I've waited to cool down to write this review but it ain't gonna happen!
Dudley, if you read this, keep the consistent quality and taste and, if necessary, increase the price! Don't expect patrons to pay extra at the table to get the same delicious product they used to get! Oh, by the way, trust your employees to have the cognitive skills to re-seat patrons without your intervention and your customers to have the same abilities to understand how the vent systems work...
"The cost of ingredients has gone up." OK Dudley, no problem. We're willing to pay for it. Dudley did some quick calculations in his head and told us that $2.50 would work. OK, let me get this straight, I have to PAY $2.50 per plate to make the Alfredo edible and delicious the way it used to be? I'll note that the menu items had all had a price increase not two months prior to my issue with the sauce. OK, I'm good with that but my wife and I agreed that that was our last visit.
I sure miss the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo but, I just make it at home,(with real cream the way I used to get it from Dudley's).
The Hank Williams Jr. is awesome. And finish up with a piece of bread pudding. Um! Um! Good! Great food and great service. Always a must when family from Iowa is visiting!!
The main problem we had that terminated our visits was that we ordered the Alfredo and two visits in a row, the Alfredo was VERY dry. This was unusual for Dudley's as food there was consistently good! We asked the server for some extra sauce on the side to which he responded "sure!" Another visit by Dudley.
Fabulous food. Good place to eat. Very friendly service. Don't pass it by. You'll miss a delight.
