On the road from Nevada our Jeep picked up a nail in the side wall. Shaun met me at the door and took charge of tire problem. This particular store didn't have the exact tire we needed. Cooper 255 75 R17. We replaced it with a Goodyear same size to get us home and use the Goodyear as a spare later. Warranty took off half the price. Shaun had us on the road within an hour. Thanks for the great service.

Fairly quick install of tires. Shop was really busy. Only issue is they didn't reset the low tire pressure light.
Came by in a hurry with a screw stuck in my back tire, had to get to an appointment and the place was packed with others waiting. Nick was beyond helpful in getting the tire patched and me and my family on our way. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Will be back every time I need tires.
They added a $136 charge for NRM. They didn't ask me if I wanted it; they just added it to my bill. I thought the bill was too high but they rusted me out before I could question it. When I got home I found it. I won't go back!!!
