I recently took my truck in with an odd grinding sound to be worked on. It took them three tries to locate the cause of the issue, it was a very low intensity grinding sound that disappears when you put it on a lift, but, what stands out about Spraggins is that the owner Tony Spraggins only charged me for the repairs that fixed the issue. I walked away with a working truck with extra new parts that I did not have to pay for.

Great service, me and my partner were transferring a from Dallas to Longview. Ironically our ambulance broke down right in front of tony's shop. This gentleman helped us to the best of his ability until our tow truck driver reached us. Extremely reasonable, stayed in contact with us through out the whole process about what they were doing and cost. Very reasonable price wise and trust worthy. He will be our mechanic from now on.
