I've had 2 referrals sent in by different doctors in the last 6 months and left multiple voicemails. I still have not been contacted by anyone to schedule an appointment or even be told I'm on a waiting list.
Very closed minded and won't listen to patients. Thinks his way is best and pumps you full of prescriptions. Will not look at past history doctor notes nor patients notes.
The doctor staff is great but the receptionists need work! They always seem to be angry or upset that you might be bothering them by making an appointmet. In order for any business to run great I believe that the customer service needs to be excellent not medicore.
Dr Kamali is great, I have no complaints about him, but some of his staff is very rude on the phone.
My sister was diagnosed with osteoporosis and she stands up straight I do not believe she has it and I know of other people has been told the same thing as well from this doctor and they got a 2nd option And they didn't have it. Is their anyone elce that has been diagnosed for osteoporosis as well and did not have it? The whole staff is rude and needs to been changed one nurse only is nice the dr kamali is nice
