Dr. Gatson is wonderful. She listens... truly listens to my issues. She remembers her patients, their issues, their concerns. I don't have to re-explain myself every time I go to her. Never has there been a judgemental moment with her (and let me tell you that is RARE). Her staff are courteous and polite. I have never had a bad appointment with her. All the negative comments on here have me very confused. I am a picky patient and she takes care of all my needs.
None been tryna get in for month needing a doctor
The only complaints I have is its to dn hot in the waiting room and they are hard to reach. Seems like They're never in the office the complete time of their posted work hours. And the new staff at front doesn't call you back.
Great Doctor, Easy to work with. The staff was helpful and informative. Anyone who says she is not a great doctor or at-least decent holds a personal grudge and shouldn't slander them on the internet. Patient since 2004
As far as a Dr. I think Dr Gaston is a ok doctor. She does listen and tries to figure out what the problem and cure with the patients input. I hate the ones that won't listen or act like they do then tell you some off the wall crap..
Dr. Gatson in my opinion is a very good Dr. she listens to me, advises me on what would bring about the best outcome, and her staff returns my calls, refill prescriptions in a timely manner.
