After learning of a friend who needed help obtaining an appointment for her grandchildren at Wellness Pointe, I reached out to Jeff Brown. Jeff was prompt, kind, courteous and was able to assist in getting the children appointments. He then followed up with me to make sure that my friend was well taken care of and asked how else Wellness Pointe could serve them. He offered help and suggestions on other ways to help this family which showed me that his heart is truly in his work. Longview is blessed to have such a facility and people who believe deeply in their work.
very very rude every time I try call to make dental apt i get hung up very rude ppl been trying to set one up for a 2 week but all I get is a hello then they hang up if y'all ppl dont want to deal with a deaf ppl than y'all shouldn't be working there. if I was hearing I would be treated differently. i cant even make a apt u ppl are even rude in person I don't see how ppl give y'all 5 stars. y'all don't treat us deaf ppl nice.. it not cool
I see a Dr. Marcus Turney at the south clinic on High Street calm warm professional and sweet man. He mad me feel comfortable. The staff at this location is mature very professional and always pleasant when I would visit. The front desk clerk Carla always has a smile on her face and eager to assist, just as the patient assistant whom so calmly directs and gets you settled in your room for visit.The nurse Chris is always willing to assist and help out in anyway possible, if things need to get done she is the person to contact. The ladies are cheerful funny and a delight to talk to. The office is clean well maintained and always smells nice during visits. The back staff in mental health Doctor Murphy and nurse Pam are also so pleasant when in their presence. I have only been in East Texas a few years and Wellness Point was the first medical facility that I visited, and if I had to do it all over again I would go back to the South Clinic on High St. just because of all the GOOD SERVICE that I received from the staff there. I have visited other locations but Ill drive out the way just to go to this location.
Kristi Saxon is a wonderful and caring practitioner. I am thankful for her kind and patient demeanor during our recent experience at Wellness Pointe. She is knowledgeable and reassuring to her clients that arrive in her care less than prepared for pregnancy. Her extensive knowledge is delivered in a calming bedside manor. I am thankful that Kristi chooses to share her love for mother and unborn children with the families in Longview. We are surely blessed. I am thankful to have a board certified midwife to assist us on our journey.
I went to sign up for benefits with y’all. I was missing some paper work that was needed. So the nurse told me I had a few days to bring them in, so I could get benefits right away. So I dropped off the needed paperwork the following day and they told me that they would call me within 72 hrs to see if I qualified. I have not heard a peep from them. I called last wk and left a message. No one called me back. I called again yesterday and left a message, again. No call back. I just don’t like how they haven’t gotten back to me. Very unprofessional.
