Bought our living room set here. Love it and the price was right !
I walked in today looking to buy couch and love seat possible more. Had this older gentleman walk up to me while putting in a dip of snuff. First strike right there not very professional. He started asking me some questions and then the conversation lead to delivery. Well he told me the price for delivery and then asked where I was moving too. I told him and also said it may be second or third floor wasn't sure yet. Well he replied well it will cost more if that's the case we don't work our drivers hard. After that was said I told him well I will go find somewhere else that won't base the delivery charge off of where I live. Very pissed off about the whole ordeal. Won't ever go back there ever first time I stopped there and will be last time too.
Affordable furniture, extensive selection, friendly/helpful staff...win-win-win! They also stand behind their products and do what they can to ensure customer satisfaction and a good experience. We would definitely be return customers if still in that area!

Friendly and not overbearing staff, quick to help but not to back off. Not a real problem though. We enjoyed looking around but ultimately didn't find what we wanted. Nice selection, some stuff seems cheaper than others so look it all over.
