I made a purchase at this store from a recommendation of my daughter and son and in law. I couldn't have been more pleased! They have outstanding customer service. They even delivered my purchase 90 miles away for FREE! Who does that anymore?? Would not hesitate to shop there again in the future.
I did not find the specific recliner I was looking for, but the sales associate named Gary was rude and dismissive. He seemed aggravated that I was looking for such a specific style and type of recliner. Brad was much nicer and I felt like he was actually trying to help me find what I was looking for.
Lowell Holloway is the best furniture store in the East Texas area, hands down. Not only are their prices reasonable and lower than most other places, the sales staff is super helpful, but without following you around during your whole visit. They also offer payment plans, where you can pay what you want each month. Also their quality of products is hard to beat - many of their pieces are solid wood, not particle board, and it is all very durable.
