My sales person, 'Michael, was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Wide variety of pricing and quality to choose from. Everything seemed to be customizable. Delivery appointment was made in advance and people showed up right on time. Delivery was professional and friendly. Quality of furniture seems excellent ( just received today). I would shop here again and recommend Ivan Smith to anyone.
We visited 3 different furniture stores in Longview to get our new house and guest house furnished. But Michael at Ivan Smith and his manager (I can't remember his name right now unfortunately) were by far the most helpful. With my husband's work schedule we had to go in late but Michael spent a lot of time helping us get exactly what we came in for! With all of our thousands of dollars worth of furniture we also purchased 3 rugs, and manager was so nice he marked the price down so that one of them came out to be free. I will never go to another store for our furniture needs again! Thank you guys for all your help, we will definitely be back when we need anything else for our home.

Michael really listens to what is that you are looking for and does his best to fulfill your needs. His knowledge and suggestions make the shopping experience pretty much stress free. Great service and furniture. One of my dressers was scratched up while in the truck so he didn't even get it out he told me another would be delivered. I was a little disappointed but it came within 3 days so i couldn't complain and one of those days was a holiday so 2
