Always ALWAYS have horrible experience here. Every single time. Cant ask a question because I get cut off and told to get a ticket slip. Today, we waited for OVER AN HOUR, and this fat cow with horse teeth that was in the front just sat there, and didn't greet us, she , said "so what am I doing " thats her damn job to know what to do when she gets a form with documents. She had an attitude before anybody spoke. Horrible rude experience today. This place needs NEW STAFF!
