Very rude people, I had to initiate the conversation and even then it was like a burden to talk to me. To save yourself from getting angry go to the lady at the end at station 5. She seems to be the only person who likes her job and actually comes to work to do it.
The service was better than normal and hardly any waiting time.
I've always gotten excellent service here.
Poorly run and managed. Only 2 of 6 stations were operating. Very uncomfortable waiting environment.
They never....ever...answer the phone. Tried to reschedule my daughter's driving appointment because their new "online system" was down...and could never get through. Ended up sitting on hold with the Austin main office for 45 minutes, just to be told...to call my local office. Terrible business..
Always ALWAYS have horrible experience here. Every single time. Cant ask a question because I get cut off and told to get a ticket slip. Today, we waited for OVER AN HOUR, and this fat cow with horse teeth that was in the front just sat there and didn't greet us. Just sat there and said "so what am I doing" while the documents were right in front of her face. This place needs new staff !! Doesn't cost to be nice!"
