Clean, friendly, and felt safe
Nice rooms and warm service. Clean towels, Clean soft bed, comfortable sofa, refreshing shower/tub, modern flat screen television with a plethora of connections for devices... You get five star hotel accommodation for a three star price. I also like that when paying with a debit or credit card, they only hold the amount charged for your stay, Not a whole $100 even though you're spending one night at $59 plus tax.
Great place to stay!! My husband was working in Longview for a few months, and we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. We have two toddlers, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I am quite certain I will never find another hotel as caring as this one. A big THANKS to Donna, Kathy, Tammy, Tiffany, and Courtney for making us feel welcome, and always having a listening ear. I wouldn't have made it without you guys. If you're ever in Longview or nearby I highly recommend you stay there.
Room was ok. Bathroom was clean. Pillows were small. Breakfast was very basic but ok. They did give me a comparable room rate because the hotel next door sold my room out from under me, so that was helpful. The desk clerk was very nice and very helpful.
Hotel is nice but bathroom needs a little work. Can't plug drain in tub. Breakfast is good but small selection. I would stay here again though. It is quiet and staff is polite.
