Very good food and reasonable priced.... Great for a quick, inexpensive lunch.
First time to be in a Chicken Express much less than to eat the food and...I'm impressed!! Very clean and well maintained bathroom & dining area, fast & very friendly service (very patient with me in looking over their menu & accommodating for my very pregnant daughter), and really good gravy & biscuit with my fresh cooked chicken tenders. Enjoyed the music choice as well.
Waitress came to the car to let me know there would be a 15 minute wait for our food. I was fine with that. I asked if I could go ahead and get my drink while I waited and when she brought it I had to pay for my order to get it. As a longtime food worker myself, I thought that was a bit backwards but I went ahead and paid for my order. Then I get home and my order was not right.
We love it. Food is good, especially the chicken fingers and white gravy. We really like the corn nuggets, but I need a little bit of honey with mine...wish they had honey packets.
