Not the best Chipolte location I've spent my money at to say the list. Normally, Chipolte serves fresh food & fast. For the most part this is true even of this location except this one serves nothing but stale chips and I have not been able to find an employee here that can wrap a burrito without it breaking. I had to ask to wrap it again after she tried to just dump it all in a bowl and act like that's what I wanted. The last time there was no beef, the queso looked like it had been sitting there for days, and they were out of pico de gallo. Chipolte in Longview needs to step its game up.

Jamal is the best manager this chipotle has had. It's always clean, the employees are always super nice and accommodating, and any time I need anything, he's right there to take care of it. I am continually impressed with him and his store.
We frequent this Chipotle at least once a week. The food is consistent, long-term employees and managers are great! We are always happy with our food and how quick we get through the line.
