I have been here twice, both times the orders have been wrong. Fries are old and soggy. Worst Sonic ever. Can't get my order right. How hard is it, honestly?!?
The staff is very friendly and offered me free drinks for my inconvenience. However, I waited over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru and I was the only one in line. And part of my order was wrong.
The drinks and slushes are great!!! Ive been in restaurant management for years.....and this store has the worst customer service and procedures I've seen......my experience there more than once was horrible......drinks being forgotten and not only that but the workers are so rude and mean....it makes me not wanna go there even though they have a great drink selection
Nice Sonic, interesting to be inside of the restaurant but it seems lacking in the sense of staying in your car that usually comes with a Sonic.
Hey it's just a regular old Sonic, nothing fancy but the people are super friendly and the place is super clean
