The Jalapeno Tree is one of the very best Mexican restaurants at which I have ever eaten. Food is always very fresh. I love the chips!
We will NOT return to this "Mexican establishment". To add insult to injury, this establishment was not even busy at 8 pm on this Saturday night. Truth be told, I truly rate this establishment with zero stars.
Just left the restaurant unhappily. Had chicken fajitas where the chicken was undercooked and the onions and bell peppers were raw, not caramelized - like they should have been. The corn tortillas were brought to us too early they got cold and were too thick, more than the flour tortillas. We were charged separately for the caramelized onions. The chips we were served were cold and greasy.
Always have, and always will love their food! If you haven't tried the "Gulf of Mexico" I highly recommend you do so! However the chips and salsa (especially the green sauce) will forever be my favorite. Haven't ever had anything I didn't like here.
Very Very Very yummy would come here again love the salsa (i think it taste just fine and nothing like nasty ketchup) just dont let your mom add nasty butter to the salsa to make it "less spicy" and you be good!
The management in some positions are lacking, but most of the staff and service is great. Best service is when you set at the bar. There Nolan Ryan fajitas are out of this world.
