The staff at the Holiday Inn was very accommodating to me. I also received a great room at a great rate. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The location is close to where I had to work that week. Had breakfast and it was delicious.
There’s no such thing as a perfect hotel, but this is almost like one. The staff, from the general manager, to the restaurant staff, down to our housekeeping person, Eloisa, were all wonderful. They’re friendly, competent, and caring. Albert, the GM, takes time to say hello and makes sure we’re taken care of. I love Jason, the restaurant manager, who always has a big smile and takes time to check that everything’s ok. The restaurant staff, Misty & Krista (in the morning), and Kana & Chelsea (in the evening), took very good care of us. Chris, the chef, is the best; the meals he made are just scrumptiously delicious! Eloisa did a wonderful job of keeping our room nice & clean. Speaking of rooms, their beds are so comfortably soft that enabled us to sleep restfully night after night. The hotel is newly renovated. And although the building in the back is the newly constructed wing, we opted to stay in the front because it’s right where the restaurant and the gym are located. The hotel is beautiful inside and tastefully designed. Amenities make for a pleasant stay like the 24-hour gym that is relatively huge, very clean, and has newer equipment. I didn’t get to try the pool & jacuzzi, but it looked nice. The hotel provides complimentary coffee & tea, and fruity water by the lobby. Business center has two computers and a printer. There’s ample parking. And the hotel is located next to shopping and dining places being in the heart of Longview. This is our go-to hotel now every time we are in Longview. I highly recommend them!
The place was immaculate. Perfectly clean and was very nice to look at. So far I would say its the nicest hotel I've ever been in.
I stayed one night. Staff was great. I was in the "new" wing and the room was great, had coffee maker, micro wave, nice bathroom, a desk and chair, lounge chair and I think a fridge. Room was very clean. Fitness center well equipped for a hotel, open 24 hrs: free weights to 50# dumbbells, treadmills, bike, eliptical machine, arch weight machine, pull-up bar and more. Pool and hot tub nice, clean, but a little small, but great for hanging out. Bar has good beer and good food. Parking lot is big, had no problem with a trailer. Pool is only open 10am -10pm. It would be nice to be able to take a dip before leaving in the morning. I will stay here again when I come back.
